At 4X4PRO, operated by 4x4 Pro Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy on most items.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at support@4x4pro.org or call +44 7442 274937 with your order number.

Get Authorisation

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address within 1 business day.

Send It Back

Package the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside and ship it back to us.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be in their original, unused condition and original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included components
  • Not have been fitted, modified, or used on a vehicle
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage and offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Electrical parts and components (once opened/installed)
  • Fluids, lubricants, and chemical products (once opened)
  • Items cut or modified to size at your request
  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable at point of sale
  • Special order items sourced specifically for your vehicle

Return Postage Costs

  • Change of mind returns: Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email that your item has been received
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at support@4x4pro.org.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving them (cooling-off period), without providing a reason.
