- A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
- If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
- All card transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
- In the event of a fraudulent transaction, you agree to cooperate fully with any investigation.
Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We never see or store your full card number.
6. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather, customs).
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
- If an item is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
7. Returns & Refunds

- Faulty or incorrectly sent items are returned at our cost

- Products sold are automotive parts. It is your responsibility to ensure correct fitment, installation by a qualified mechanic where required, and compliance with applicable road safety regulations.
